Auburn Chartered Surveyors was founded in 2022 by Aubrey Burn, a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade’s experience successfully advising commercial clients on a wide range of property issues.

Aubrey attended Bristol University before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law. He then went on to complete a Masters in Real Estate from Cass Business School.

Before founding Auburn Chartered Surveyors, Aubrey worked at Levinson & Co. Chartered Surveyors. He then moved to Alexander Reece Thomson LLP, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013. Aubrey has continued to work as a Consultant with Alexander Reece Thomson LLP, in particular leading the Business Rates Department.

We provide a “one-stop shop” where we successfully advise on and resolve property issues for a wide range of clients. We are proud to have held longstanding business relationships with many clients, who know we offer a rare combination of professional expertise and personal service. 

Auburn Chartered Surveyors is fully regulated by the RICS, complying with all rigorous rules and regulations. This provides peace of mind for our clients who rightly expect a reliable service operated to the highest standards.
